Job Description



    Key Responsibilities & Duties

    Restaurant Preparation & Cleaning

    • Assist in cleaning the restaurant in the morning.

    • Clean all service utensils before each service.

    • Help the captain waiter in restaurant setup.

    • Maintain a clean appearance and high level of hygiene.

    Service Assistance

    • Help the captain waiter in mise en place preparation.

    • Transport food from the kitchen to the dining hall.

    • Assist the captain waiter in placing food plates on clients’ tables.

    • Change ashtrays and refill glasses with water during service.

    Post-Service & Cleanup

    • Clear tables after meals and clean them.

    • Transport all dirty plates and glasses to the dishwashing area.

    • Work under the guidance of the captain waiter and follow instructions.

    • مساعدة رئيس النادل في إعداد “ميز أون بلاس” (mise en place).


    • نقل الطعام من المطبخ إلى قاعة الطعام.


    • مساعدة رئيس النادل في وضع الأطباق على طاولات العملاء.


    • تغيير المنفضات وملء الكؤوس بالماء أثناء الخدمة.

    ما بعد الخدمة والتنظيف



    • تنظيف الطاولات بعد الانتهاء من الوجبات.


    • نقل جميع الأطباق والكؤوس المتسخة إلى منطقة غسيل الصحون.


    • العمل تحت إشراف رئيس النادل واتباع تعليماته.
