Fiberglass Mold Manufacturing Operations Manager – BFG International, Bahrain

About the Role:
BFG International, a global leader in advanced composites manufacturing, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our fiberglass mold manufacturing operations in Bahrain. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to drive production efficiency while maintaining high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily fiberglass mold manufacturing operations and CNC-based production.

  • Manage production teams, providing guidance, training, and performance oversight.

  • Plan production schedules, organize workflow, and ensure targets are met.

  • Monitor CNC machines and ensure optimal machining processes.

  • Maintain quality control, safety standards, and compliance with company procedures.

  • Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to improve efficiency and output.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of management experience in fiberglass or CNC-based manufacturing.

  • Strong expertise in fiberglass fabrication and mold production.

  • Solid knowledge of CNC machining and production processes.

  • Excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proven ability to plan production workflow and meet operational targets.

  • English proficiency required.

  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.

Preferred Experience:

  • Mould making: 4+ years
