          Binance VIP and Institutional serves digital asset solutions to VIP clients and institutions. The team works with individual traders, HFT and proprietary trading firms, hedge funds, asset managers, family offices, market makers, brokers, investment banks, corporations, fintech firms, and more. Join us to provide top-tier services to influential players in the crypto industry.

Key Responsibilities

          • Acquire and develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients (global institutional/VIP clients)

          • Expand relationships with existing customers through sustained communication and understanding of their needs

          • Build key customer service processes and systems, establish management rules, and track status of key customers

          • Analyze user behavior, identify hidden needs, write key customer analysis reports, and communicate with departments to provide optimal solutions
