Senior Barista – Join Our Coffee Team! (Local Candidates Only)

Salary: BD200.000 – BD300.000 per month

About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate Senior Barista to lead our café team and craft exceptional coffee experiences for our customers. If you thrive in a fast-paced café environment and enjoy mentoring others, this is the perfect opportunity to grow with us.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of barista experience in a café or specialty coffee environment.

  • Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, latte art, and equipment maintenance.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • Ability to train and mentor junior staff.

  • Must be locally available for in-person interviews.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.

  • Ensure consistent customer satisfaction.

  • Support inventory management and ordering.

  • Uphold health and safety standards.

المتطلبات:

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات كباريستا في مقهى أو مجال القهوة المتخصصة.

  • معرفة قوية بتقنيات تحضير القهوة، فن اللاتيه، وصيانة المعدات.

  • مهارات قيادية واتصالية ممتازة.

  • القدرة على تدريب وإرشاد الموظفين الجدد.

  • التواجد محليًا لإجراء مقابلات شخصية.

المسؤوليات:

  • إعداد وتقديم مشروبات القهوة عالية الجودة.

  • الحفاظ على نظافة وترتيب منطقة البار.

  • ضمان رضا العملاء باستمرار.

  • دعم إدارة المخزون وطلبات التوريد.
