Lead Auditor – ISO 22000 & FSSC Certification

Role Overview

Oversee and manage auditing activities across processes, functions, and sites. Ensure audits are conducted efficiently, findings are accurate, and certification decisions are well-supported.

Key Responsibilities

  • Chair opening and closing audit meetings.

  • Assign auditing responsibilities to team members and reassign tasks as needed.

  • Manage external team representation (experts, translators, Accreditation Bodies).

  • Communicate audit progress and concerns to clients and audit teams periodically.

  • Review and adjust audit scope as on-site activities progress; report changes to the back office.

  • Resolve diverging opinions on audit evidence or findings; document unresolved points.

  • Review audit findings against objectives and criteria; classify nonconformities.

  • Agree on audit conclusions, including necessary follow-up actions.

  • Confirm appropriateness of audit program or recommend modifications for future audits.

  • Prepare audit reports and ensure their accuracy and completeness.

  • Recommend certification actions (initial, maintenance, recertification, suspension, withdrawal, or scope reduction) to the Technical Manager.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 5–8 years of relevant auditing experience.

  • Lead Auditor course completion and active Lead Auditor status.

  • Certified in ISO 22000 and FSSC standards.

  • Strong communication and team management skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple audits and maintain high-quality reporting standards.

Employment Type

  • إدارة تمثيل الفريق الخارجي (خبراء، مترجمين، هيئات الاعتماد).

  • التواصل الدوري مع العملاء والفريق بشأن تقدم التدقيق وأية ملاحظات.

  • مراجعة وتعديل نطاق التدقيق عند الحاجة وإبلاغ المكتب الخلفي.

  • حل الخلافات حول الأدلة أو النتائج وتوثيق النقاط غير المحلولة.

  • مراجعة نتائج التدقيق مقابل الأهداف والمعايير وتصنيف المخالفات.

  • الاتفاق على استنتاجات التدقيق والإجراءات التالية المطلوبة.

  • التأكد من ملاءمة برنامج التدقيق أو اقتراح تعديلات للبرامج المستقبلية.

  • إعداد تقارير التدقيق وضمان دقتها واكتمالها.

  • تقديم التوصيات المتعلقة بالشهادات (أولية، صيانة، إعادة شهادات، تعليق، سحب أو تقليص النطاق) للمدير الفني.

المتطلبات والمؤهلات

  • خبرة 5–8 سنوات في التدقيق ذات الصلة.

  • اجتياز دورة المدقق الرئيسي وحمل صفة مدقق رئيسي سارية.

  • شهادة ISO 22000 و FSSC.

  • مهارات اتصال وإدارة فرق قوية.

  • القدرة على إدارة تدقيقات متعددة والحفاظ على معايير جودة عالية في التقارير.
