Job Description

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Video Production & Editing

  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for various platforms, including websites, social media, promotional campaigns, and internal communications.

  • Manage the entire production workflow from conceptualization and storyboarding to post-production, including colour grading, sound design, and final delivery.

Photography & Visual Content

  • Capture professional photographs of company events, projects, products, properties, and personnel for marketing, public relations, and corporate materials.

  • Maintain, manage, and organise all photography and videography equipment, ensuring it is in excellent working condition.

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive digital asset library, ensuring all photo and video files are archived and easily accessible.

Collaboration & Brand Alignment

  • Collaborate closely with marketing and management teams to understand project objectives and ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines and strategic goals.

Professional Development & Trends

  • Stay informed of the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in video production and photography to ensure content remains fresh and engaging.
