Roles & Responsibilities

Agent Development & Prompt Engineering

  • Design, iterate, and optimize prompts for LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)

  • Build custom AI agents that automate tasks and surface real-time data insights

Proof-of-Concept Prototyping

  • Rapidly prototype AI ideas, from automated email assistants to analytics dashboards

  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to scope, test, and demo POCs

Data Preparation & Model Tuning

  • Collect, clean, and structure data to train API-based LLMs or fine-tune open-source models

  • Monitor model performance and iterate on training pipelines

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify challenges and translate them into AI solutions

  • Document workflows and share best practices internally

Knowledge Sharing & Tool Evangelism

  • Stay updated on emerging AI tools and techniques

  • Lead internal “lunch & learn” sessions to spread AI fluency across Calo

Requirements

  • Deep passion for AI; experience spending 10+ hours experimenting with LLMs

  • Strong prompt engineering skills and ability to guide others

  • Rapid prototyping mindset; able to quickly build MVPs and iterate

  • Excellent collaboration skills and ability to communicate complex AI concepts

  • Adaptability and growth attitude; able to handle multiple challenges at once

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Python and APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google)

  • Experience fine-tuning or training open-source LLMs (Hugging Face)

  • Knowledge of automation frameworks (Zapier, n8n, Airflow)

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

المهام والمسؤوليات

تطوير الوكلاء وهندسة الأوامر

  • تصميم وتحسين الأوامر لنماذج اللغة الكبيرة (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)

  • بناء وكلاء ذكاء اصطناعي لأتمتة المهام وعرض البيانات في الوقت الحقيقي

تجربة النماذج الأولية

  • بناء نماذج أولية بسرعة للأفكار، من مساعدات البريد الإلكتروني التلقائية إلى لوحات تحليلات ذكية

  • التعاون مع فرق المنتج والهندسة لاختبار وعرض النماذج

تحضير البيانات وضبط النماذج

  • جمع وتنظيف وتنظيم البيانات لتوجيه النماذج أو ضبط النماذج المفتوحة المصدر

  • متابعة الأداء وتحسين pipelines التدريبية

التعاون بين الفرق

  • العمل مع أصحاب المصلحة لتحويل التحديات إلى حلول ذكاء اصطناعي

  • توثيق الإجراءات ومشاركة أفضل الممارسات

نشر المعرفة وأدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي
