Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

Maintenance Framework and Compliance

  • Support the development and implementation of the Maintenance Department’s operating framework, policies, processes, and procedures.

  • Ensure efficiency and safety in all maintenance works for SPL-ALBA.

  • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance and alignment with industry standards.

Daily Maintenance Operations

  • Plan, schedule, and oversee the execution of daily maintenance operations for SPL-ALBA

  • Ensure that all tasks are performed accurately and efficiently according to customer specifications, established methods, instructions, and quality standards.

  • Rport results timely as per company policies and/or SPL-ALBA requirements.

Process Evaluation and Improvement

  • Review and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of current maintenance operational processes and procedures.

  • Recommend enhancements where necessary to ensure optimal efficiency and support the achievement of contractual objectives.

Subcontractor Management

  • Monitor and review the performance of subcontractors and third-party service providers against established guidelines, company policies, industry standards, and SPL-ALBA specifications.

  • Prepare reports on subcontractor performance and adherence to HSEQ standards according to company and SPL-ALBA reporting procedures.

Strategy Development and Team Collaboration

  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to develop and implement strategies that enable the team to meet operational and contractual maintenance requirements for SPL-ALBA.

  • تقديم التقارير بشكل منتظم وفي الوقت المحدد وفق سياسات الشركة ومتطلبات SPL-ALBA.

تقييم وتحسين العمليات

  • مراجعة وتقييم فعالية وكفاءة العمليات والإجراءات التشغيلية الحالية للصيانة.

  • تقديم توصيات للتحسين عند الضرورة لضمان الكفاءة المثلى ودعم تحقيق الأهداف التعاقدية.

إدارة المقاولين الفرعيين

  • مراقبة وتقييم أداء المقاولين والمزودين الخارجيين وفقًا للإرشادات والسياسات والمعايير الصناعية ومواصفات SPL-ALBA.

  • إعداد تقارير عن أداء المقاولين والتزامهم بمعايير الصحة والسلامة والجودة وفق إجراءات الشركة وSPL-ALBA.

تطوير الاستراتيجيات والتعاون مع الفريق

  • التعاون مع مدير الصيانة لتطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات تمكّن الفريق من تلبية متطلبات الصيانة التشغيلية والتعاقدية لشركة SPL-ALBA.
