Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of community events and activations aligned with Floward’s brand values and goals

  • Oversee logistics and ensure high levels of participation and engagement

  • Develop and execute offline marketing campaigns to enhance local visibility

  • Design and manage CSR initiatives reflecting cultural diversity and brand values

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders, influencers, and community leaders

  • Ensure alignment of local activities with Floward’s overall marketing strategy

  • Track and report on campaign and event performance, providing actionable insights

Skills & Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of marketing experience in event planning, campaign execution, and stakeholder engagement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)

  • Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus

  • Expertise in large-scale event management and project coordination

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and team collaboration skills

  • Ability to adapt strategies to diverse local markets and dynamic marketing needs

المؤهلات والمهارات

  • خبرة 4–6 سنوات في التسويق، مع التركيز على تخطيط الفعاليات، تنفيذ الحملات، وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة

  • درجة البكالوريوس في التسويق، إدارة الأعمال، أو المجالات ذات الصلة (يفضّل الماجستير)

  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية، ويفضّل معرفة اللغة العربية

  • خبرة في إدارة الفعاليات الكبيرة والتنسيق بين الفرق

  • مهارات تواصل، تعاون، وعلاقات شخصية قوية

  • القدرة على تكييف استراتيجيات التسويق لتناسب الأسواق المحلية المتنوعة
