Key Responsibilities

  • Idea Generation & Content Guidance: Develop bold, shareable content ideas and collaborate with creatives to bring them to life.

  • Trendspotting: Monitor memes, challenges, and new content formats to keep our clients ahead of the curve.

  • Quality Control: Review and refine content to ensure it grabs attention and drives engagement.

  • Coordination & Flow: Work closely with creative, production, and account teams to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Audience Insights: Analyze comments and engagement patterns to inform content strategies.

  • Community & Influencer Engagement: Engage authentically with audiences and explore collaborations that amplify client brands.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1–2 years of experience in social media, community management, or content-related roles.

  • Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, X, Snapchat, and emerging platforms.

  • Strong eye for content that works and engagement trends.

  • Collaborative, detail-oriented, and proactive.
