Job Summary

    We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Security Specialist to monitor, analyze, and respond to security events while maintaining IT infrastructure and ensuring optimal performance, availability, and protection from threats.

Key Responsibilities

    • Proactively monitor and analyze security events, identifying and responding to threats, vulnerabilities, and incidents to minimize potential damage.

    • Manage and maintain IT infrastructure components, including servers, storage, and networking devices, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and security.

    • Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and address security weaknesses before they can be exploited.

    • Develop and enforce security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

    • Lead incident response efforts, coordinating with relevant teams to contain, eradicate, and recover from security breaches.

    • Implement and manage endpoint security solutions, such as antivirus, endpoint detection and response (EDR), and data loss prevention (DLP).

    • Stay up-to-date on the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies, providing recommendations for improvements to security posture.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and other IT projects.
