Trainee – Manufacturing | Mondelēz International, Middle East

Role Overview

Independently operate and maintain at least one process, equipment, or system following autonomous maintenance (AM) standards. Use technical skills to improve line or system performance to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate machines under coaching and guidance.

  • Maintain equipment using autonomous (AM) and progressive maintenance (PM) standards.

  • Ensure safety and quality processes are followed at all times.

  • Identify, understand, and report losses in your area and equipment.

  • Execute all standard work processes on assigned equipment.

  • Collaborate effectively within a diverse work environment.

Requirements

  • Desire to grow and accelerate your career in manufacturing.

  • Basic technical knowledge or hands-on experience in operating machines is an advantage.

  • Understanding of safety and quality standards for manufacturing operations.

  • Good reading, writing, and communication skills in the primary language of the site.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
