Senior Site Architect / Project Coordinator – Luxury Hospitality & Residential Projects


We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Architect / Project Coordinator to lead and coordinate complex construction projects, ensuring design integrity, quality, and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage all sub-consultants, ensuring deliverables are compliant, consolidated, and ready for issuance.

  • Maintain oversight of all stages of review workflow to address submission backlogs efficiently.

  • Review technical submittals, including shop drawings, materials, and documentation.

  • Safeguard design integrity while addressing site realities.

  • Proactively manage technical workflows and drive timely completion.

Skills Required

  • Ability to read, interpret, and coordinate complex architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.

  • Strong leadership and site management skills.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure in a fast-paced site environment.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (essential), Revit (highly beneficial), PDF markup tools, MS Office Suite; familiarity with project management software is a plus.

  • Fluent in English; Arabic knowledge is an advantage.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited university.

  • Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience, preferably in luxury hospitality or residential projects.

  • متابعة جميع مراحل سير مراجعة المستندات لمعالجة تراكمات التقديم بكفاءة.

  • مراجعة المستندات الفنية، بما في ذلك الرسومات التنفيذية والمواد والوثائق.

  • الحفاظ على سلامة التصميم مع التعامل مع الواقع العملي للموقع.

  • إدارة سير العمل الفني بشكل استباقي وضمان الانتهاء في الوقت المحدد.
