We are seeking a skilled professional to manage automotive warranty inspections and claims. This role involves on-site inspections, claim evaluation, and ensuring compliance with manufacturer standards and warranty policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • On-Site Vehicle Inspections: Conduct inspections of vehicles and components to determine cause of failure, assess repair quality, and verify eligibility under extended warranty coverage.

  • Claim Assessment: Approve, adjust, or reject warranty claims based on inspection results and manufacturer standards.

  • Repair & Invoice Accuracy: Ensure repair estimates and invoices reflect accurate parts pricing, labor times, and standard procedures.

  • Reporting: Prepare periodic reports detailing claim volumes, costs, failure trends, and technical observations.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering, or equivalent technical qualification.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automotive service, warranty administration, or technical inspection.
