Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Specialist to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, provide technical support, and implement solutions that optimize system performance. This role is key to ensuring the smooth and secure operation of our technology systems and supporting our teams in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and maintain company IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems across Windows, Linux, and macOS platforms.

  • Provide technical support to employees, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and deliver IT guidance and training.

  • Monitor system performance, implement updates and patches, and maintain accurate IT documentation.

  • Manage network security, including firewalls, VPNs, and data protection measures.

  • Collaborate with departments to understand IT needs, support projects, and contribute to IT strategy development.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux systems, networking, and cybersecurity best practices.

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment.
