Ray Academy is expanding, and we’re seeking passionate instructors and professionals to design and lead short, hands-on courses in the culinary and hospitality fields.

Whether you’re a chef, barista, chocolatier, baker, pastry artist, or F&B expert, we’re excited to collaborate with talented individuals who love to teach, share their knowledge, and inspire the next generation of culinary creators.

Qualifications

  • Passion for education, mentorship, and innovation

  • Strong culinary skills, with expertise in cooking and baking

  • Experience in culinary management and training students or professional teams

  • Ability to design and deliver short, engaging courses (1–3 days)

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
