Job Description

Responsible for managing daily pallet production activities, ensuring production targets are met with high quality and safety standards. The role involves supervising workers, planning workloads, coordinating with warehouse/logistics, monitoring machines, and maintaining proper records. Key Responsibilities Manage daily pallet production operations. Ensure production targets, quality, and safety standards are achieved. Supervise workers, plan daily workload, check material availability. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams. Monitor machines, report issues, and maintain production records. Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with safety protocols. Support continuous improvement initiatives and smooth workflow. Required Skills & Qualifications 3–5 years experience in pallet manufacturing or wood industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of pallet production standards and quality checks. Understanding of machinery used in pallet production (saws, nailers, etc.). Basic computer skills for production reporting (Excel/SAP preferred). Good communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of heat-treatment and fumigation processes for pallets. Forklift license & valid driving license is an advantage. Job Type Full-time
