Personal Nurse – Dermatology & Aesthetic Department

Position Overview
We are seeking a Personal Nurse to work closely with our Dermatologist and medical team. The ideal candidate should be experienced, detail-oriented, and confident in assisting with medical and aesthetic procedures. This role involves preparing patients, managing instruments, maintaining hygiene, and ensuring accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Dermatologist during consultations and procedures (injectables, laser, mesotherapy, etc.).

  • Prepare treatment rooms and instruments before each procedure.

  • Ensure proper sterilization and organization of equipment.

  • Handle and maintain confidential patient medical records.

  • Monitor patients during procedures as instructed by the doctor.

  • Manage clinical supplies and request replenishment when needed.

  • Follow strict infection control and NHRA standards.

  • Educate patients on pre- and post-procedure instructions.

  • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and patient comfort.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Valid NHRA license (Registered Nurse or Assistant Nurse).

  • Bachelor’s or Diploma in Nursing from an NHRA-recognized institution.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in dermatology, cosmetics, or aesthetics.

  • Skilled in sterilization, injection assistance, and instrument handling.

  • Strong communication and organizational abilities.

  • Professional appearance and calm demeanor.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience assisting with injectables, laser, and facial aesthetic procedures.

  • Knowledge of aesthetic consumables and skincare brands.

  • Ability to multitask in a clinical environment.

  • Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).

لمحة عن الوظيفة
نبحث عن ممرضة شخصية للعمل بشكل مباشر مع طبيب الجلدية والفريق الطبي. يشترط أن تكون المرشحة ذات خبرة، دقيقة، وقادرة على تقديم الدعم في الإجراءات الطبية والتجميلية، مع الاهتمام بتهيئة المرضى، وتعقيم الأدوات، والحفاظ على ترتيب العيادة وتوثيق السجلات.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

  • مساعدة طبيب الجلدية أثناء الاستشارات والإجراءات (الحقن، الليزر، الميزوثيرابي، وغيرها).

  • تجهيز غرف العلاج والأدوات الطبية قبل كل إجراء.

  • ضمان التعقيم السليم وتنظيم المعدات.

  • التعامل مع السجلات الطبية للمرضى بسرية تامة.

  • مراقبة المرضى أثناء الإجراءات حسب توجيهات الطبيب.

  • إدارة المخزون الطبي وطلب المستلزمات عند الحاجة.

  • الالتزام الصارم بإجراءات مكافحة العدوى ومعايير الهيئة الوطنية لتنظيم المهن الصحية (NHRA).

  • توعية المرضى بتعليمات ما قبل وما بعد العلاج.

  • الحفاظ على الاحترافية والسرية وراحة المرضى.

المؤهلات والمتطلبات

  • رخصة صادرة من هيئة NHRA (ممرضة مسجلة أو مساعدة ممرضة).

  • بكالوريوس أو دبلوم تمريض من مؤسسة معترف بها لدى NHRA.

  • خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في الجلدية أو التجميل.

  • مهارة في التعقيم والمساعدة في الحقن والتعامل مع الأدوات.

  • مهارات قوية في التواصل والتنظيم.

  • مظهر مهني وقدرة على العمل تحت الضغط.

المهارات المفضلة

  • خبرة في المساعدة بإجراءات الحقن والليزر والعلاجات التجميلية.

  • معرفة بالمواد التجميلية والعلامات الخاصة بالعناية بالبشرة.

  • القدرة على multitasking في بيئة العيادة.

  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (العربية أو لغات أخرى تعتبر ميزة إضافية).
