    Roles & Responsibilities

    Instructional Strategies

        • Use a variety of teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learners.

        • Build on students’ prior knowledge to support continuous learning.

        • Implement a range of resources, with a strong emphasis on meaningful technology integration.

    Student Engagement

        • Involve students actively in their learning process.

        • Provide opportunities that enhance critical thinking, communication skills, and personal/social development.

    Learner Support

        • Maintain awareness of the needs of second-language learners.

        • Address the varying levels and abilities of students through differentiation.

        • Promote students’ physical, mental, behavioral, and social development.

    Collaboration

        • Work closely with Educational Support staff to enrich classroom learning and ensure a holistic educational experience.
