Job Description:
Grant Thornton Abdulaal is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Audit Senior to join our dynamic team. As an Audit Senior, you will play a key role in leading and managing the audit process for a variety of clients across different industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage audit engagements, including planning, execution, and completion

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or issues

  • Review and analyze financial statements and audit reports for accuracy and completeness

  • Identify and communicate any potential risks or issues to the audit team and clients

  • Train and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and knowledge

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in accounting and auditing standards

  • Participate in business development activities, including networking and proposal writing

  • Assist with other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by senior management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

  • Experience within financial services and insurance companies is an advantage

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in audit & assurance, preferably in a reputed public accounting firm

  • CA or ACCA qualification is an added advantage

  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and GAAP

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple engagements simultaneously

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

  • درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة

  • الخبرة في الخدمات المالية وشركات التأمين ميزة إضافية

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 1–2 سنة في التدقيق والضمان، ويفضل في شركة محاسبة عامة ذات سمعة جيدة

  • الحصول على شهادة CA أو ACCA تعتبر ميزة إضافية
