About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Inventory & Storekeeper to manage the daily operations of our food and beverage storage and inventory system. This role is essential for maintaining accurate stock levels, ensuring proper storage of ingredients and supplies, and supporting the smooth functioning of the kitchen and service teams in a high-end restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and verify the quality and quantity of all incoming food, beverage, and non-food items.

  • Organize and maintain proper storage according to FIFO (First In, First Out) and HACCP guidelines.

  • Maintain accurate inventory records using manual logs and/or inventory management software.

  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts; reconcile discrepancies and report to management.

  • Issue ingredients and supplies to kitchen and service teams based on requisition slips.

  • Monitor stock levels and alert management for reordering to prevent shortages or overstocking.

  • Ensure goods are stored at appropriate temperatures and conditions for quality and safety.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas.

  • Track and minimize food waste or spoilage through proper inventory rotation.

  • Collaborate with procurement, finance, and kitchen teams to improve inventory processes and cost control.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in inventory management or storekeeping within a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting.

  • Familiarity with inventory software or POS systems (e.g., Oracle, Toast, MarketMan).

  • Knowledge of food storage, handling, and safety standards (HACCP or equivalent).

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, numerical, and analytical skills.

  • Ability to lift, move, and organize heavy stock items.

  • Honest, dependable, and detail-oriented.

  • Basic proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Diploma or certification in Hospitality, Supply Chain, or Inventory Management.

  • Familiarity with restaurant workflows and kitchen supply needs.

  • Experience in high-end or fine-dining establishments is a plus.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

  • استلام وفحص والتحقق من جودة وكمية جميع المواد الغذائية والمشروبات وغير الغذائية الواردة.

  • تنظيم وحفظ المخزون وفق مبدأ FIFO (أول ما يدخل أول ما يخرج) وإرشادات HACCP.

  • الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للمخزون باستخدام السجلات اليدوية أو برامج إدارة المخزون.

  • إجراء جرد يومي، أسبوعي، وشهري؛ تسوية أي اختلافات وإبلاغ الإدارة.

  • توزيع المكونات واللوازم على فرق المطبخ والخدمة وفق طلبات المخزون.

  • مراقبة مستويات المخزون وتنبيه الإدارة عند الحاجة لإعادة الطلب لتجنب النقص أو التخزين الزائد.

  • ضمان تخزين جميع المواد في درجات الحرارة والظروف المناسبة للحفاظ على الجودة والسلامة.

  • الحفاظ على نظافة وتنظيم مناطق التخزين.

  • تتبع وتقليل الهدر أو تلف المواد الغذائية من خلال إدارة المخزون بشكل فعال.

  • التعاون مع فرق المشتريات والمالية والمطبخ لتحسين عمليات المخزون ومراقبة التكاليف.
