Join a leading cleaning and disinfection services company in Bahrain as a Manager – Disinfection & Cleaning Services Division. Lead a dynamic team, ensure quality service delivery, and drive business growth while maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of cleaners for disinfection and cleaning services

  • Prepare daily operation plans, staff deployment, and monitor site activities

  • Collect customer feedback after each job and ensure satisfaction

  • Develop training manuals and conduct regular training for new and existing team members

  • Work across different shifts, including evenings and weekends, per customer requirements

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and maintain detailed records

  • Approach new customers and manage sales targets

  • Capture quality pictures/videos of jobs for reports, social media, and marketing initiatives

  • Drive growth and expansion of the division

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in disinfection and cleaning services (GCC experience preferred)

  • Excellent communication skills in English (reading, writing, speaking) and Hindi (speaking); Arabic is a plus

  • Graduate (any discipline)

  • Courses in hospitality, cleaning, or related industries are an advantage

  • Energetic and proactive (not older than 40 years)

  • Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office

  • Must hold a valid Bahrain driving license

  • إعداد خطة العمليات اليومية، توزيع الموظفين، ومتابعة الأنشطة في المواقع

  • جمع ملاحظات العملاء بعد كل عملية وضمان رضاهم

  • تطوير دليل التدريب وتنفيذ برامج تدريب منتظمة للموظفين الجدد والحاليين

  • العمل في ورديات مختلفة بما في ذلك الأمسيات وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع حسب احتياجات العملاء

  • إعداد تقارير يومية، أسبوعية، وشهرية والحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة

  • التوجه للعملاء الجدد وإدارة أهداف المبيعات

  • التقاط صور وفيديوهات عالية الجودة لجميع الأعمال للاستخدام في التقارير ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي والمبادرات التسويقية

  • قيادة نمو وتوسع القسم

المؤهلات المطلوبة للمتقدم

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في خدمات التنظيف والتعقيم (يفضل خبرة في دول الخليج)

  • مهارات تواصل ممتازة باللغة الإنجليزية (قراءة وكتابة وتحدث) والهندية (تحدث)، وإجادة العربية ميزة إضافية

  • حاصل على درجة جامعية في أي تخصص

  • الدورات التدريبية في الضيافة أو التنظيف أو الصناعات ذات الصلة تعتبر ميزة

  • شاب ونشيط (أقل من 40 سنة)

  • إجادة استخدام الحاسوب وبرامج MS Office

  • يحمل رخصة قيادة بحرينية سارية
