    About the Role

      • We are seeking an experienced HSE Officer specializing in offshore construction and marine projects to ensure the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance across our offshore operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in marine construction safety, risk management, and offshore HSE protocols.

    Key Responsibilities

        • HSE Implementation: Implement and maintain HSE management systems for offshore construction and marine projects

        • Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and job safety analysis for marine operations

        • Safety Monitoring: Monitor all offshore activities, including diving operations, heavy lifts, pipe-laying, and vessel operations

        • Compliance: Ensure compliance with international standards (ISM Code, SOLAS, MARPOL) and client HSE requirements

        • Incident Investigation: Lead investigations of incidents, near-misses, and hazardous occurrences

        • Safety Training: Conduct HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and specialized safety training for offshore personnel

        • Audit & Inspection: Perform regular HSE audits, inspections, and emergency drill evaluations
