Manager – Aluminium Division | GCC

Lead Excellence in Aluminium Projects!
Join a dynamic team and take charge of our Aluminium Division. This role offers full responsibility for estimation, sales, project execution, factory operations, and profit & loss management. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise, strong business insight, and proven leadership skills to drive growth, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Aluminium fabrication, installation, and project execution activities.

  • Oversee estimation, tendering, and sales to ensure precise pricing and profitability.

  • Manage factory operations, production planning, manpower, and resources to meet deadlines and quality standards.

  • Conduct material procurement and rate analysis effectively.

  • Monitor budgets, financial performance, and ensure profitability.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers.

  • Motivate and guide engineering and production teams toward operational excellence and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field).

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in Aluminium and Glazing projects, including 10 years in the GCC.

  • Strong background in estimation, execution, and P&L management.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.

  • GCC driving license preferred.

  • إدارة عمليات المصنع، والتخطيط للإنتاج، وتوزيع القوى العاملة لتحقيق جودة عالية في الوقت المحدد.

  • الإشراف على شراء المواد وتحليل الأسعار.

  • مراقبة الميزانيات والأداء المالي وضمان تحقيق الأرباح.

  • بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء والاستشاريين والموردين لجذب فرص جديدة.

  • قيادة فرق العمل وتحفيزها لتحقيق التميز والتطوير المستمر.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة (مدنية، ميكانيكية أو تخصص مشابه).

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 15 سنة في مشاريع الألمنيوم والزجاج، منها 10 سنوات في دول الخليج.

  • خبرة مثبتة في التقدير والتنفيذ وإدارة الأرباح والخسائر.

  • مهارات قيادية واتصال وتفاوض عالية.

  • يُفضل وجود رخصة قيادة خليجية.
