Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the complete execution of HVAC projects within budget, schedule, and quality standards.

  • Define objectives, deliverables, and project scope aligned with client and company goals.

  • Act as the primary liaison with clients, consultants, and authorities (Civil Defense, EWA, MOH).

  • Develop detailed schedules, manage workflow, and ensure milestone achievement.

  • Control project budgets, approve variations, and ensure profitability.

  • Supervise and guide engineers, supervisors, and technicians with a strong focus on teamwork.

  • Review and approve shop drawings, materials, and technical documentation.

  • Conduct site inspections, ensure safety and quality compliance.

  • Coordinate procurement, vendor selection, and contract negotiations.

  • Monitor project cash flow, progress billing, and profitability reports.

  • Maintain proper documentation and prepare regular project and financial updates.

  • Identify risks and ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

  • Experience: 7–10 years in HVAC project management within Bahrain or GCC contracting firms.

Technical Skills

  • Expertise in HVAC system design, installation, and commissioning.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office.

  • Familiarity with Bahrain Civil Defense and EWA procedures.

Soft Skills & Attributes

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

  • التنسيق مع العملاء والاستشاريين والجهات الرسمية (الدفاع المدني، هيئة الكهرباء والماء، وزارة الصحة).

  • إعداد الجداول الزمنية ومتابعة مراحل التنفيذ وتحقيق الإنجازات المرحلية.

  • مراقبة الميزانية وضبط التكاليف والموافقة على التغييرات.

  • الإشراف على المهندسين والفنيين وتعزيز ثقافة العمل الجماعي والمسؤولية.

  • مراجعة واعتماد المخططات التنفيذية والموافقات الفنية والمواد.

  • تنفيذ زيارات ميدانية دورية لضمان الجودة والسلامة.

  • التنسيق مع قسم المشتريات والموردين وضمان التوريد في الوقت المحدد.

  • إدارة التدفقات المالية والتقارير الدورية لمتابعة ربحية المشروع.

  • إعداد الوثائق الفنية والإدارية وحفظها بشكل منظم.

المؤهلات والخبرة

  • المؤهل: بكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو ما يعادلها.

  • الخبرة: من 7 إلى 10 سنوات في إدارة مشاريع HVAC داخل البحرين أو دول الخليج.

المهارات التقنية

  • معرفة قوية بتصميم وتركيب وتشغيل أنظمة HVAC.

  • إجادة استخدام AutoCAD وMS Project أو Primavera وMS Office.
