Job Description


    Receiving & Unpacking

    • Unpack sea/air consignment cases and bring spare parts into the warehouse, placing them in the correct bins.

    Picking & Verification

    • Receive the parts picking list, pick the parts from the bins, and verify part numbers and quantities against the picking list.

    • Tick quantities picked on the picking list; if a part is not available, indicate as N/S.

    • Initial the entire picking list and supply the spare parts to the parts delivery counter.

    • Parts should not be supplied without a picking list.

    Storage & Organization

    • Properly arrange parts on shelves.

    • Keep the sales area and warehouse clean and tidy.

    Cross-Checking & Transfers

    • Cross-check the picking list with invoices and inform the Storekeeper of any discrepancies.

    • Pick and check inter-department parts transfers.

    Additional Duties

    • If necessary, work as a driver for the department.

    • Conduct periodical spare parts stock checking.

    • Maintain a friendly, professional, and efficient attitude with all customers, both on the phone and in person.

    • Participate in all training programs provided.

    • توقيع القائمة بالكامل قبل تسليم القطع إلى مكتب تسليم القطع.


    • عدم تسليم القطع بدون قائمة اختيار.

    التخزين والتنظيم



    • ترتيب القطع على الرفوف بشكل مناسب.


    • الحفاظ على نظافة منطقة المبيعات والمخزن.

    التحقق والتحويلات الداخلية



    • مطابقة قائمة الاختيار مع الفواتير وإبلاغ أمين المخزن بأي اختلافات.


    • اختيار والتحقق من التحويلات بين الأقسام.

    مهام إضافية



    • العمل كسائق للقسم عند الحاجة.


    • إجراء جرد دوري لمخزون قطع الغيار.


    • التحلي بالود، الاحترافية، والكفاءة عند التعامل مع جميع العملاء سواء عبر الهاتف أو شخصيًا.


    • المشاركة في جميع برامج التدريب المتاحة.
