Job Description

    Key Responsibilities & Duties

    Warranty Management

    • Manage the entire warranty claims process, from submission to credit, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with manufacturer guidelines

    • Serve as the primary liaison between the company, customers, and manufacturers on all warranty-related matters

    • Maintain meticulous records of all warranty claims, parts, and labour, preparing regular reports for management.

    Data Analysis & Reporting

    • Analyse warranty data to identify trends, report on product performance, and contribute to continuous improvement of service operations.

    Technical Training & Development

    • Develop, organise, and deliver comprehensive technical training programmes for service technicians and advisors

    • Keep the technical team updated on the latest vehicle models, diagnostic procedures, and service bulletins.

    • Assess the skills of the technical team to identify training needs and measure the effectiveness of training initiatives

    Resource & Workshop Management

    • Ensure the workshop has the latest technical information and resources available.

    تحليل البيانات وإعداد التقارير

    • تحليل بيانات الضمان لتحديد الاتجاهات، وإعداد تقارير عن أداء المنتجات، والمساهمة في تحسين عمليات الخدمة بشكل مستمر.

    التدريب الفني وتطوير الفريق

    • تطوير وتنظيم وتقديم برامج تدريب فنية شاملة لفنيي الخدمة والمستشارين.

    • إبقاء الفريق الفني محدثًا بأحدث طرازات المركبات وإجراءات التشخيص والنشرات الفنية.

    • تقييم مهارات الفريق الفني لتحديد احتياجات التدريب وقياس فعالية المبادرات التدريبية.

    إدارة الموارد وورش العمل

    • ضمان توفر أحدث المعلومات والموارد الفنية داخل ورشة العمل.
