Senior Civil Engineer – Bahrain

Lead impactful civil and infrastructure projects in Bahrain with your expertise!

Location: Kingdom of Bahrain

Experience Required: Minimum 7 years (local experience preferred)

Registration: CRPEP registered (Category C or above)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Civil Engineer to join our expanding team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have extensive local experience in civil and infrastructure projects, deep knowledge of Bahrain’s construction standards, and the ability to manage projects from design through completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, design, and supervise civil and structural works for ongoing and upcoming projects.

  • Ensure compliance with Bahrain’s construction standards, codes, and regulatory requirements.

  • Review and approve engineering drawings, specifications, and project documentation.

  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities to ensure timely project approvals and execution.

  • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.

  • Prepare project reports, progress updates, and technical documentation.

  • Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and site teams.

  • Manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables effectively.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).

  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in civil and infrastructure projects in Bahrain or GCC.

  • CRPEP registration (Category C or higher) is mandatory.

  • Strong knowledge of Bahrain’s construction codes, permitting processes, and local regulations.

  • Proven experience in project management, site supervision, and technical coordination.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

  • التخطيط والتصميم والإشراف على الأعمال المدنية والهيكلية للمشاريع الجارية والمستقبلية.

  • ضمان الالتزام بمعايير البناء والرموز واللوائح في البحرين.

  • مراجعة واعتماد الرسومات الهندسية والمواصفات والوثائق الفنية للمشاريع.

  • التنسيق مع الاستشاريين والمقاولين والجهات المختصة لضمان الموافقات والتنفيذ في الوقت المناسب.

  • إجراء زيارات ميدانية لمتابعة التقدم والجودة والالتزام بمعايير السلامة.

  • إعداد تقارير المشاريع وتحديثات التقدم والوثائق الفنية.

  • تقديم التوجيه الفني للمهندسين الصغار وفرق العمل الميدانية.

  • إدارة الميزانيات والجداول الزمنية وتسليم المشروع بفعالية.

المؤهلات والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية (يفضل الماجستير).

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في مشاريع البنية التحتية والمدنية في البحرين أو دول الخليج.

  • التسجيل لدى CRPEP (الفئة C أو أعلى) إلزامي.

  • معرفة قوية بقوانين البناء، وإجراءات التصاريح، واللوائح المحلية في البحرين.

  • خبرة مثبتة في إدارة المشاريع، والإشراف الميداني، والتنسيق الفني.

  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتنظيم والقيادة.
