Job Details

Lead and supervise waterproofing project execution from start to finish
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets while ensuring cost efficiency
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and contractors
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, engineering standards, and quality requirements
Manage project risks and prepare mitigation strategies
Lead project team meetings and conduct daily site briefings
Approve procurement requests and review BOQs
Prepare and deliver progress reports to stakeholders
Monitor subcontractor performance and resolve conflicts as needed
Handle legal and compliance documentation related to the project
Ensure timely delivery of project phases and milestones
Coordinate inspections with authorities and clients
Review and validate technical submittals and shop drawings
Approve material delivery and ensure proper usage on site
Track productivity and suggest improvements as per KPIs
Support change management processes and variation orders
Ensure accurate documentation and smooth project handover
Implement and oversee site health and safety protocols
Contribute to developing the marketing plan for projects (large, medium, small)
Attend weekly and monthly review meetings with management
Train and mentor junior engineers and site staff
Carry out all project-related responsibilities in the absence of the Assistant Project Manager
Ensure compliance with the company’s Quality Management System
Perform any additional duties assigned by management

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
PMP certification preferred
5–10 years of experience in construction project management (waterproofing, civil, or MEP projects)

التعامل مع الوثائق القانونية والمتطلبات التنظيمية للمشروع
ضمان تسليم مراحل المشروع وفق الجداول الزمنية
تنسيق أعمال الفحص مع الجهات الرسمية والعملاء
مراجعة واعتماد المخططات الفنية وطلبات التقديم
اعتماد المواد الواردة وضمان استخدامها وفق المواصفات
متابعة الإنتاجية واقتراح تحسينات وفق مؤشرات الأداء

تجهيز الوثائق وضمان التسليم النهائي للمشروع
إدارة بروتوكولات الصحة والسلامة في الموقع

المتطلبات

درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو مجال ذي صلة
يفضل وجود شهادة PMP
