Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets across our product and service portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the IT and AV sectors.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

  • Present and demonstrate products and solutions to potential customers.

  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

  • Prepare and negotiate sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Provide regular updates and reports to the Sales Manager.

  • Collaborate with technical and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in IT, Audio Visual, or office technology sectors.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

  • Valid Bahrain driving license.

  • تقديم وعرض المنتجات والحلول للعملاء المحتملين.

  • فهم احتياجات العملاء واقتراح الحلول المناسبة.

  • إعداد والتفاوض على العروض والاقتباسات والعقود التجارية.

  • تحقيق وتجاوز أهداف المبيعات الشهرية والربع سنوية.

  • تقديم تحديثات وتقارير دورية لمدير المبيعات.

  • التعاون مع الفرق التقنية وفِرق الدعم لضمان رضا العملاء.

المتطلبات

  • خبرة مثبتة في المبيعات، ويفضل في قطاعات تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو الأنظمة السمعية البصرية أو تقنيات المكاتب.

  • مهارات قوية في التواصل والتفاوض والعرض.

  • شخص طموح يعتمد على نفسه وقادر على العمل بشكل مستقل.

  • إجادة استخدام MS Office وبرامج CRM.

  • يفضل الحصول على درجة بكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو التسويق أو مجال ذي صلة.

  • رخصة قيادة بحرينية سارية.
