We are seeking a motivated Project Planner responsible for preparing and managing detailed work schedules and Gantt charts for ship repair, shipbuilding, and specialized vessel projects. The role involves performance tracking, data analysis, and maintaining accuracy across all planning stages to ensure timely and efficient project completion.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare work schedules and activity charts for ship repair and vessel projects.

  • Review work lists and define project activity durations prior to vessel arrival.

  • Determine required resources per trade and finalize schedules with maximum precision.

  • Track and update work progress through site visits and data analysis.

  • Compare actual progress against planned milestones and adjust schedules as needed.

  • Maintain project documentation in compliance with ISO, OHSMS, and API Q1 standards.

  • Support QEHS&S policies to ensure high-quality and safe operations.

🔹 Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a planner in the marine or shipbuilding industry.

  • Proficiency in Primavera Project Planner and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with a proactive mindset.

  • مقارنة التقدم الفعلي بالمخطط وتحديث الجداول حسب الحاجة.

  • الالتزام بمعايير ISO وأنظمة السلامة والجودة والبيئة.
