Job Description

    Key Responsibilities & Duties

    Receiving & Unpacking

    • Unpack sea/air consignment cases from outside and bring spare parts into the warehouse for proper binning.

    • Receive the parts picking list, pick parts from bins, and verify part numbers and quantities against the picking list.

    • Tick the quantities picked from bins on the picking list; if part is not available, round the quantity and indicate as N/S.

    • Iniial the entire picking list before supplying spare parts to the parts delivery counter.

    • Parts should not be supplied without a picking list.

    Storage & Organization

    • Properly arrange parts on the shelves.

    • ep the sales area and warehouse clean and tidy.

    • Cross-check the picking list with invoices and inform the Storekeeper of any discrepancies.

    Interdepartmental & Miscellaneous Duties

    • Pick and check inter-department parts transfers.

    • Work as a driver for the department if necessary.

    • Conduct periodic spare parts stock checks.

    • Participate in all available training programs.

    Customer Service

    • Be friendly, professional, and efficient when working with all customers, both on the phone and in person.

    • تعليم الكميات المختارة على قائمة الاختيار، وإذا لم تتوفر قطعة يتم تقريب الكمية والإشارة إلى أنها غير متوفرة (N/S).

    • توقيع قائمة الاختيار بالكامل قبل تسليم قطع الغيار إلى مكتب التسليم.

    • عدم تسليم القطع دون وجود قائمة اختيار.

    التخزين والتنظيم

    • ترتيب القطع بشكل صحيح على الرفوف.

    • الحفاظ على نظافة منطقة المبيعات والمخزن.

    • التحقق من مطابقة قائمة الاختيار مع الفواتير وإبلاغ أمين المخزن بأي فروقات.

    المهام بين الأقسام والمهام الأخرى

    • اختيار والتحقق من تحويلات قطع الغيار بين الأقسام.

    • العمل كسائق للقسم إذا لزم الأمر.

    • إجراء جرد دوري لقطع الغيار.

    • المشاركة في جميع برامج التدريب المتاحة.

    خدمة العملاء

    • التحلي بالود والمهنية والكفاءة عند التعامل مع جميع العملاء، سواء عبر الهاتف أو وجهًا لوجه.
