C3EL is seeking a System Administrator Tier III Support to join our team in Bahrain.
In this role, you will provide advanced administration, troubleshooting, and support for enterprise-level systems and networks.
You will ensure the stability, security, and performance of critical infrastructure by applying updates, monitoring server health, and using enterprise management tools.
As a key member of our technical team, you will help maintain seamless operations while ensuring compliance with DoD standards and security requirements.

Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities Include (But Not Limited To):

  • Possess expert-level knowledge in deploying, managing, and troubleshooting Windows Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), and Domain Name Service (DNS).

  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Windows Server OS, including Windows Server 2008(R2) and Windows Server 2003.

  • Strong experience in deploying, administering, and troubleshooting Microsoft Exchange environments (Exchange 2003 & 2010).

  • Working knowledge of backup solutions such as Symantec Backup Exec and NetApp SIPR/NIPR Access Point (SNAP) Manager.

  • Skilled in assessing and applying vendor security patches and updates.

  • Proficient with enterprise storage technologies such as SAN and NAS.

  • Experience with server performance optimization and monitoring tools.

  • Competent in using server configuration and management platforms including SCOM and SCCM.

  • Solid network troubleshooting capabilities and foundational networking knowledge.

  • Ability to produce clear and detailed technical documentation.

  • Familiarity with developing and executing action plans for planned and unplanned infrastructure changes.

Minimum Qualifications

  • An active, in-scope U.S. Government issued Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

  • Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

  • Must hold one (1) of the following certifications:

    • CASP+ CE

    • CCNP Security

    • CISA

    • CISSP

    • CISSA

    • GCED

    • GCIH

    • CCSP

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Windows Server 2003 and Exchange 2003 administration.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a military environment.

  • Ability to travel up to 10% to support mission requirements.

  • امتلاك تصريح أمني أمريكي ساري المفعول من فئة Secret مع أهلية SCI.

  • يشترط أن يكون المتقدم مواطنًا أمريكيًا بسبب طبيعة العمل ومتطلبات العقد.

  • امتلاك واحدة (1) من الشهادات التالية:

    • CASP+ CE

    • CCNP Security

    • CISA
