Roles & Responsibilities

  • Portion meal components for each customer accurately and on time before deliveries.

  • Communicate with drivers and the Customer Experience team to ensure excellent service.

  • Maintain proper hygiene standards in the kitchen at all times.

  • Handle last-minute changes with precision while maintaining quality and consistency.

Ideal Candidate

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 1+ year of experience in dispatching or portioning in the food industry (fast-food experience preferred).

  • Experience as a food service crew member is a plus.

  • High standards of hygiene in kitchen facilities.

  • Strong communication skills in English.

  • Knowledge of food safety practices is an advantage.

Personality Traits

  • Enthusiastic and respectful toward colleagues and customers.

  • Strong communicator with empathy.

  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • تقسيم مكونات كل وجبة لكل عميل بدقة وفي الوقت المحدد قبل التسليم.

  • التواصل مع السائقين وفريق خدمة العملاء لضمان تجربة مميزة.

  • الحفاظ على معايير النظافة داخل المطبخ في جميع الأوقات.

  • التعامل مع أي تغييرات في اللحظة الأخيرة مع الحفاظ على الجودة والدقة.

المؤهلات والمتطلبات

  • خبرة سنة واحدة على الأقل في توزيع أو تجهيز الوجبات في قطاع الأغذية (يفضل خبرة في الوجبات السريعة).

  • خبرة كعضو فريق خدمة الأغذية ميزة إضافية.

  • التزام عالي بمعايير النظافة داخل المطبخ.

  • مهارات تواصل جيدة باللغة الإنجليزية.

  • معرفة بممارسات السلامة الغذائية ميزة إضافية.
