Customer Support Associate – On-Site IT Support

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Associate to provide on-site technical support and assistance for Computer Hardware, Software, and Network systems. The role requires regular travel to Saudi Arabia (KSA) to support client locations.

Requirements

  • Graduate in Science or Bachelor’s/Diploma in Engineering (ICT or related field) with relevant technical certifications.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; effective team player.

  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering technology services.

  • In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure with hands-on experience in hardware repair and troubleshooting.

  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently to KSA for on-site assignments.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: BD 450 – 500 per month

نبحث عن موظف دعم فني مخلص لتقديم الدعم الفني والمساعدة الميدانية في أنظمة الحاسوب، البرمجيات، والشبكات. تتطلب الوظيفة السفر بشكل دوري إلى المملكة العربية السعودية لدعم مواقع العملاء.

المتطلبات

  • خريج علوم أو بكالوريوس/دبلوم في الهندسة (تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو مجال ذي صلة) مع شهادات تقنية ذات صلة.

المهارات والقدرات

  • مهارات تواصل قوية وقدرة على العمل ضمن فريق بفعالية.

  • تركيز على العملاء وشغف بتقديم خدمات تقنية عالية الجودة.

  • معرفة متعمقة ببنية تكنولوجيا المعلومات وخبرة عملية في صيانة الأجهزة وحل المشكلات.

  • القدرة والاستعداد للسفر بشكل متكرر إلى المملكة العربية السعودية للعمل الميداني.
