Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ISP Engineer to manage and enhance our International Internet Gateway operations. This role requires hands-on expertise in ISP and Internet Exchange environments with strong Juniper (CCIE/JNCIE) experience. The successful candidate will ensure stability, performance, and security of core Internet Gateway infrastructure including routers, load balancers, and CDN systems.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Internet Gateway and ISP infrastructure (Routers, Firewalls, Load Balancers, Cache/CDN).

  • Oversee BGP peering with Tier-1/Tier-2 providers and ensure best practices in MPLS/IP transit.

  • Design and maintain high- and low-level network documentation.

  • Implement network automation using Python and Ansible.

  • Monitor performance, capacity, and security compliance across all ISP network elements.

  • Drive technology upgrades, POCs, and new service implementations.

  • Ensure network operations meet all SLAs, KPIs, and security standards.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience with Juniper networking equipment (CCIE/JNCIE preferred).

  • In-depth knowledge of ISP operations, Internet Exchange points, BGP, MPLS, and IP transit.

  • Experience with network automation tools like Python and Ansible.

  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and project management skills.

  • Ability to maintain high availability and security standards in critical ISP networks.
