Supply Chain Executive – Bahrain

Drive efficient procurement and inventory management in a leading construction environment! Join our team as a Supply Chain Executive, overseeing purchasing activities, supplier management, and timely procurement to support our projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and supervise all activities of the purchasing department.

  • Plan and identify materials and equipment required for projects.

  • Review project requirements to ensure timely procurement of goods and services.

  • Source and select suppliers for construction materials, machinery, and services.

  • Manage inventories and maintain accurate purchase and pricing records.

  • Ensure all orders are processed and delivered on time.

  • Prepare reports, budgets, and cost analyses.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as a Supply Chain Executive or similar role.

  • Bahraini nationality required.

  • Strong understanding of construction materials, tools, equipment, and procurement best practices.

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Management, or a similar field preferred.

  • Ability to analyze and compare supplier offers to make data-driven decisions.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

  • مراجعة متطلبات المشاريع لضمان شراء المواد والخدمات في الوقت المناسب.

  • البحث عن الموردين واختيارهم لمواد البناء والمعدات والخدمات.

  • إدارة المخزون والحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للمشتريات والأسعار.

  • ضمان معالجة وتسليم جميع الطلبات في الوقت المحدد.

  • إعداد التقارير والميزانيات وتحليلات التكاليف.

المهارات والمؤهلات المطلوبة

  • خبرة سنتين على الأقل كتنفيذي سلسلة التوريد أو في دور مشابه.

  • الجنسية البحرينية مطلوبة.

  • فهم قوي لمواد البناء والأدوات والمعدات وأفضل ممارسات الشراء.

  • دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في المحاسبة، إدارة الأعمال، أو مجال مشابه مفضل.

  • القدرة على تحليل ومقارنة عروض الموردين واتخاذ قرارات مستندة إلى البيانات.

  • مهارات تنظيمية قوية مع الانتباه للتفاصيل، والقدرة على إدارة مشاريع وأولويات متعددة.
