Job Description


1. Quality Management & Control

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality procedures and inspection plans for all precast production activities.

  • Ensure that all products meet required standards before delivery to the site.

  • Oversee daily quality control during batching, casting, curing, demoulding, and finishing stages.

  • Conduct internal audits and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

  • Lead investigations for non-conformance reports (NCRs) and ensure timely closure.

2. Concrete Technology & Mix Design

  • Develop and optimize concrete mix designs for various precast applications, including grey, white, acid-washed, and sandblasted finishes.

  • Monitor raw material quality and conduct periodic testing of aggregates, cement, admixtures, and reinforcement.

  • Collaborate with production and technical teams to ensure consistent concrete quality and surface finishes.

3. Finishes & Aesthetics

  • Supervise and ensure consistency in surface finishes such as sandblasted, white concrete, acid-washed, painted, and textured panels.

  • Conduct mock-ups and manage sample approvals with clients and consultants.

4. Documentation & ISO Compliance

  • Maintain QA/QC documentation, test reports, inspection checklists, calibration files, and traceability logs.

  • Oversee and sustain ISO 9001 Quality Management System and overall ISO responsibilities including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

  • Coordinate with external auditors and certification bodies during audit processes.

2. تكنولوجيا الخرسانة وتصميم الخلطات




  • تطوير وتحسين تصميمات الخلطات الخرسانية لمختلف تطبيقات الخرسانة مسبقة الصب، بما في ذلك الخرسانة الرمادية والبيضاء والسطوح المغسولة بالأحماض والمسحوحة بالرمل.


  • مراقبة جودة المواد الخام وإجراء الاختبارات الدورية للركام والأسمنت والمواد المضافة والحديد.


  • التعاون مع فرق الإنتاج والفِرق الفنية لضمان جودة خرسانة ثابتة وتشطيبات موحدة.

3. التشطيبات والمظهر الجمالي




  • الإشراف وضمان ثبات تشطيبات السطح مثل التشطيب الرملي، الخرسانة البيضاء، التشطيب المغسول بالأحماض، التشطيبات المدهونة أو الملمّسة.


  • تنفيذ العينات التجريبية (Mock-ups) وإدارة اعتمادها مع العملاء والاستشاريين.

4. التوثيق والامتثال لـ ISO




  • الحفاظ على جميع وثائق ضبط الجودة بما يشمل تقارير الاختبارات، قوائم الفحص، سجلات المعايرة، وسجلات التتبع.


  • الإشراف على نظام إدارة الجودة ISO 9001 وعلى مسؤوليات أنظمة ISO الأخرى مثل ISO 14001 وISO 45001.


  • التنسيق مع المدققين الخارجيين والجهات المانحة للشهادات خلال عمليات التدقيق.
