E.K. Kanoo is seeking a Carpentry Supervisor for our Facilities & Projects division in Bahrain. The role involves supervising carpentry assignments, ensuring quality, and implementing safety and environmental requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Supervision & Task Delegation: Assign carpentry tasks to the team and monitor progress.

  • Site Inspections & Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections, identify maintenance needs, and prepare preventive maintenance schedules.

  • Workforce Management: Assign staff to different locations based on workload and criticality. Supervise shifting of jobs at various facilities.

  • Quality Control & Reporting: Ensure high-quality workmanship, provide progress reports regularly, and follow EHSQ requirements.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience as a Carpentry Supervisor.

  • Hands-on experience in carpentry works.

  • People management and basic computer skills.

  • High School or Diploma degree.

  • Good English communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Valid Bahrain Driving License.

  • شهادة ثانوية عامة أو دبلوم.

  • مهارات جيدة في اللغة الإنجليزية (كتابة وتحدثًا).

  • رخصة قيادة بحرينية سارية.
