    Job Summary

      • The role involves executing plant shutdowns, startups, and daily operations according to established procedures. The incumbent will monitor plant parameters, report abnormalities, perform patrols, maintain logs, oversee maintenance activities, and ensure compliance with safety protocols including the PTW system and QHSE programs.

    Key Duties & Responsibilities

        • Perform shutdowns and startup operations according to procedures and supervisors’ instructions.

        • Pressurize and depressurize equipment and pipelines as required.

        • Monitor plant parameters, report abnormalities, and inform the control room for corrective actions.

        • Respond to plant emergencies following ERP procedures.

        • Conduct regular patrols of the plant area to visually inspect equipment.

        • Review pressure, delta pressure, temperature, and level gauges; report abnormalities.

        • Take gauge readings, analyze, and troubleshoot as necessary.

        • Maintain daily operation logs and provide accurate handovers to the incoming shift.

        • Identify potential hazards, take immediate corrective action, and report incidents.

        • Act as an Area Authority for the PTW system for all routine planned and breakdown maintenance.

        • Check levels/inventory of chemicals and consumables, ensuring targets are met and restored to normal.

        • تحديد المخاطر المحتملة، اتخاذ إجراءات تصحيحية فورية، والإبلاغ عن الحوادث.
