    About the Role

      Ericsson is seeking a Head of Service Line BOS (Business Operations and Services) for UAE and Bahrain. This key role is responsible for BOS engagements and service delivery/managed operations in designated accounts under Gulf CU.

    Reporting & Team

      • Reports to the Head of SL BOS for Gulf

      • Part of MMEA BOS and CU (Customer Unit) Gulf CSS (Cloud Software & Services) team

    Key Responsibilities

      • Oversee presales, service delivery, ADM, and ITMS across multiple accounts in the Gulf region

      • Enable growth and delivery excellence of BOS business in assigned accounts

      • Drive farming business growth, manage relevant accounts, and ensure accurate financial forecasting and reporting

      • Engage with CU members, delivery and solutioning teams, and other stakeholders to ensure BOS business growth

      • Bridge revenue gaps proactively and overachieve KPIs

      • Ensure excellence according to best practices, quality mandates, profitability targets, and customer experience standards

      • Work closely with CU CSS teams, Domain Sales Managers, Heads of Service Delivery, and other delivery and solution teams

      • Adhere fully to processes, tools, and methods with accountability for defined KPIs and financial objectives
