Euro Group Engineering Consultancy is seeking a highly experienced Resident Engineer for a 24-month infrastructure project in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in infrastructure works, particularly bridges, highway roads, and related services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure execution according to design, budget, and schedule.

  • Maintain strong on-site presence, oversee construction staff, and ensure compliance with engineering principles and safety regulations.

  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and local authorities to ensure effective coordination and communication.

  • Provide technical expertise and guidance in infrastructure development including bridges and highways.

  • Review engineering plans and specifications and recommend improvements when required.

  • Ensure quality control and compliance with technical and safety standards.

  • Address and resolve issues or conflicts that arise during construction promptly and effectively.

  • Prepare and present progress, quality, and performance reports to senior management.

  • الحفاظ على وجود ميداني قوي والإشراف على طاقم الموقع وضمان الالتزام بالمعايير الهندسية ولوائح السلامة.


  • التنسيق مع العملاء والمقاولين والجهات المحلية لضمان التواصل والتنسيق الفعال.


  • تقديم الخبرة الفنية والتوجيه لفريق المشروع في أعمال البنية التحتية بما في ذلك الجسور والطرق السريعة.


  • مراجعة المخططات والمواصفات الهندسية واقتراح التحسينات اللازمة.


  • ضمان مراقبة الجودة وتنفيذ المشروع بأعلى المعايير الفنية ومتطلبات السلامة.


  • معالجة أي مشكلات أو تعارضات تظهر أثناء مراحل التنفيذ بشكل فعّال وفي الوقت المناسب.
