Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor – Fives Services Gulf

Position Summary:
We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to manage and oversee servicing, corrective, and preventative maintenance works for SPL-ALBA. The role ensures compliance with company policies, customer specifications, and internationally recognized standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily maintenance operations, including preventive and corrective maintenance.

  • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety, quality, and technical standards.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and customer representatives to plan and execute maintenance tasks.

  • Monitor maintenance schedules, resources, and progress to meet operational targets.

  • Lead and mentor maintenance staff to achieve high performance and technical competency.

  • Conduct audits, inspections, and performance assessments to ensure equipment reliability.

  • Implement process improvements to enhance maintenance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proven experience in maintenance supervision in industrial or manufacturing settings.

  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and industrial maintenance systems.

  • Leadership and team management skills.

  • Familiarity with international maintenance standards and safety protocols.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple maintenance tasks efficiently.

نبحث عن مشرف صيانة لإدارة ومتابعة أعمال الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية لموقع SPL-ALBA، وضمان الالتزام بسياسات الشركة ومواصفات العملاء والمعايير الدولية المعترف بها.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

  • الإشراف على عمليات الصيانة اليومية بما في ذلك الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية.

  • ضمان أن جميع أعمال الصيانة تتوافق مع معايير السلامة والجودة والمتطلبات الفنية.

  • التنسيق مع الفرق الداخلية وممثلي العملاء لتخطيط وتنفيذ مهام الصيانة.

  • متابعة جداول الصيانة والموارد والتقدم لتحقيق أهداف التشغيل.
