    About Us

    • Gen Boya is a leading Turkish manufacturer of industrial, marine, decorative, and floor coatings, exporting to more than 20 countries.
      We are expanding our commercial presence in the Gulf region and seeking independent sales agents in Bahrain to develop and strengthen our customer network.

    Key Responsibilities

      • Develop and expand a portfolio of clients, including distributors, contractors, shipyards, construction companies, and industrial customers.

      • Promote our extensive product range, including epoxy systems, polyurethane coatings, marine coatings, decorative paints, floor coatings, and wood coatings.

      • Identify and approach new B2B leads in Bahrain.

      • Attend customer visits, provide basic product introductions, and manage follow-ups.

      • Coordinate with the Export Department to prepare quotations and commercial offers.

      • Report weekly sales activities, including visits, opportunities, and potential projects.

      • تطوير وتوسيع قاعدة العملاء، بما يشمل الموزعين والمقاولين والأحواض البحرية وشركات البناء والعملاء الصناعيين.


      • الترويج لمجموعة منتجاتنا الواسعة مثل أنظمة الإيبوكسي، ودهانات البولي يوريثان، والدهانات البحرية، والدهانات الديكورية، ودهانات الأرضيات، ودهانات الخشب.


      • تحديد واستهداف العملاء من قطاع الأعمال (B2B) داخل البحرين.


      • إجراء زيارات للعملاء وتقديم تعريفات أساسية بالمنتجات ومتابعة العملاء المحتملين.


      • التنسيق مع قسم التصدير لإعداد عروض الأسعار والعروض التجارية.


      • تقديم تقارير أسبوعية تشمل الزيارات والفرص والمشاريع المحتملة.
