The Auditor will be responsible for planning, executing, and supervising audit engagements across diverse industries. This role involves assessing risks, developing internal audit plans, documenting findings, providing practical recommendations, and leading junior auditors to deliver high-quality audit services.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Perform and supervise audits of varying size and complexity.

  • Plan and conduct detailed internal audit fieldwork according to approved processes.

  • Analyze and assess audit risks, evaluate evidence, and develop practical recommendations.

  • Prepare comprehensive Internal Audit Reports summarizing risks, findings, and recommendations.

  • Train and guide junior auditors in audit procedures and professional development.

  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client cooperation throughout the audit process.

  • Deliver all engagements accurately, completely, and on time.

🔹 Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 1–3 years post-qualification experience (CIA/CA/ACCA/CPA).

  • Strong knowledge of Risk-Based Internal Audits and IIA standards.

  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic & English (speaking and writing).

  • Strong client focus, analytical skills, and ability to work under pressure.

  • Result-driven with the ability to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.

  • Candidates must be based in Bahrain.

  • تخطيط وتنفيذ أعمال التدقيق الميدانية وفقًا للمعايير المعتمدة.

  • تحليل وتقييم المخاطر، التحقق من الأدلة، وتطوير توصيات عملية.

  • إعداد تقارير التدقيق الداخلي الشاملة وتلخيص المخاطر والنتائج والتوصيات.

  • تدريب وإرشاد المدققين الجدد وتطوير مهاراتهم المهنية.

  • الحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء وضمان تعاونهم خلال عملية التدقيق.

  • ضمان تسليم جميع الأعمال بدقة وكاملة وفي الوقت المحدد.

🔹 المؤهلات والمهارات المطلوبة

  • خبرة بعد المؤهل من 1 إلى 3 سنوات (CIA/CA/ACCA/CPA).

  • معرفة قوية بالمراجعة الداخلية القائمة على المخاطر ومعايير IIA.

  • مهارات تواصل ممتازة بالعربية والإنجليزية (كتابة وتحدث).

  • القدرة على التركيز على العملاء والتحليل والعمل تحت الضغط.
