    Job Overview

      Grant Thornton Abdulaal Bahrain is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Group Senior Finance Manager to join one of our highly reputable clients in the market. This senior role will oversee the regional finance function and provide strategic financial leadership.

    Job Purpose

      • Ensure accurate and timely financial and management reporting.

      • Maintain strong control over the general ledger and transactional integrity.

      • Manage working capital effectively.

      • Ensure compliance with IFRS and other relevant regulations.

      • Develop, mentor, and lead the finance team.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

      • Prepare financial statements for the group entities (stand-alone and consolidated).

      • Conduct budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and create actionable insights for management and the Board of Directors.

      • Perform ad-hoc analyses on different business aspects to identify trends, anomalies, and profitability to support business decision-making and risk avoidance.

      • Monitor working capital and cash needs, reporting short- and long-term cash flow projections.
