Location: Gulf Air Headquarters / Regional Hubs

Job Type: Full-time

Main Objectives & Duties

  • Ensure passenger safety, comfort, and satisfaction on board.

  • Serve as the frontline ambassador of Gulf Air, representing the airline’s values and image.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance passenger confidence and loyalty.

Education & Experience

  • Minimum High School education.

  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken). Additional languages are an advantage.

  • Previous experience in the service industry is preferred but not essential.

  • Professional, customer-oriented approach with composure in challenging situations.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and passengers from various cultures.

Requirements

  • Meet physical and medical requirements, including safety and emergency procedure standards.

  • Ability to swim.

  • Maintain grooming and uniform standards consistent with Gulf Air’s image.
