Interline & Trucking Coordinator / Manager – Aviation & Logistics


Are you an experienced logistics professional with a passion for airline operations and supply chain management? Join our team and play a key role in developing and maintaining relationships with airlines and trucking partners to optimize interline traffic flows and operational efficiency.

Main Objectives

• Develop and maintain relationships with other airlines and trucking companies to establish and grow interline traffic flows at optimal costs
• Plan, organize, and direct supply chain/logistics operations
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure accurate shipping and delivery schedules for new and existing products

Key Duties

• Coordinate meetings and conferences with interline partners
• Manage interline and trucking contracts, coordinating with pricing/sales for approvals
• Convey trucking and interline plans and strategies to department managers and collect feedback
• Analyze interline and trucking operations data to support decision-making
• Maintain confidential files and records related to trucking and interline
• Monitor implementation of project resolutions and action lists
• Prepare revenue performance reports for interline and trucking
• Arrange new and renewal contracts with interline and trucking partners
• Maintain trucking and interline pricing in the system
• Conduct market research related to airlines and trucking news
• Attend IATA conferences related to aviation transportation
• Perform any other tasks assigned by SMC

Qualifications & Experience

• College-level education or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a related logistics, aviation, or supply chain role, including pricing responsibilities

المهام الرئيسية

• تنسيق الاجتماعات والمؤتمرات مع شركاء interline
• إدارة عقود interline والشاحنات والتنسيق مع فرق التسعير والمبيعات للموافقات
• نقل خطط واستراتيجيات الشاحنات وinterline إلى مديري الأقسام وجمع الملاحظات
• تحليل بيانات عمليات interline والشاحنات لدعم اتخاذ القرار
• الحفاظ على الملفات والسجلات السرية المتعلقة بالشاحنات وinterline
• متابعة تنفيذ القرارات وخطط العمل للمشاريع
• إعداد تقارير الأداء المالي لعقود interline والشاحنات
• ترتيب العقود الجديدة وتجديد العقود مع شركاء interline والشاحنات
• الحفاظ على تسعير الشاحنات وinterline في النظام
• إجراء بحوث السوق المتعلقة بأخبار شركات الطيران والشاحنات
• حضور مؤتمرات IATA المتعلقة بالنقل الجوي
• أداء أي مهام أخرى تكلف بها من قبل SMC

المؤهلات والخبرة

• تعليم جامعي أو ما يعادله
• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال الخدمات اللوجستية أو الطيران أو سلسلة الإمداد، بما في ذلك مسؤوليات التسعير
