Job Title: Flight Dispatcher

Job Purpose:
The Flight Dispatcher ensures the prompt, timely, and safe dispatch of flights. They prioritize urgency without compromising safety or quality, manage all necessary flight permissions, and coordinate all pre-flight and post-flight requirements. Each flight is treated with precision and the same importance as the valuable time of its passengers.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage high volumes of emails and phone calls efficiently.

  • Ensure timely and accurate flight dispatch.

  • Use various aviation-related applications.

  • Handle landing and overflight permissions.

  • Conduct flight following and communications.

  • Maintain accurate records and logs.

  • Prepare flight papers including flight plans, weather reports, and NOTAMs.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for aircraft handling.

  • Open and close service authorizations upon service completion.

  • Liaise with government agencies (MOI, Customs, Immigration).

  • Arrange crew transportation and hotel accommodations.

  • Maintain daily aircraft movement schedules.

  • Escalate issues proactively when required.

  • Document work performed on aircraft for billing and approval.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: High National Diploma.

  • Experience: 1–2 years in sales, customer service, or promotional services.

  • Skills:

    • Ability to dispatch flights efficiently and ensure timely departures and arrivals.

    • Maintain accurate records of flight schedules, service authorizations, and job orders.

    • Plan and manage daily aircraft movements.

    • Knowledge of aviation regulations and laws.

    • Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external agencies.

    • Fluency in Arabic and English.

    • Professional communication with VVIP clients.

    • Ability to interact with multi-national individuals.

    • Problem-solving and decision-making using common sense.

الغرض من الوظيفة:
يضمن مسؤول إقلاع الطائرات الانطلاق السريع والدقيق والآمن للرحلات. يولي الأولوية للسرعة دون التأثير على السلامة أو الجودة، ويتأكد من استكمال جميع التصاريح والمتطلبات اللازمة قبل الإقلاع والهبوط. كل رحلة تُعامل بدقة وأهمية مساوية لقيمة وقت الركاب.

المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:

  • إدارة حجم كبير من الرسائل الإلكترونية والمكالمات الهاتفية بكفاءة.

  • ضمان إقلاع الرحلات في الوقت المحدد وبدقة.

  • استخدام التطبيقات المتعلقة بالطيران.

  • التعامل مع تصاريح الهبوط والعبور الجوي.

  • متابعة الرحلات وإجراء الاتصالات اللازمة.

  • الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة ومحدثة.

  • إعداد أوراق الرحلات بما في ذلك خطط الرحلات، تقارير الطقس، والتنبيهات NOTAMs.

  • التنسيق مع الجهات الداخلية لإدارة الطائرات.

  • فتح وإغلاق تصاريح الخدمة بعد الانتهاء من الخدمات.

  • التواصل مع الجهات الحكومية (وزارة الداخلية، الجمارك، الهجرة).

  • ترتيب نقل الطاقم والإقامة الفندقية.

  • إعداد ومتابعة جدول حركة الطائرات اليومية.

  • التصعيد الفوري للمشكلات عند الحاجة.

  • توثيق الأعمال المنفذة على الطائرات لأغراض الفوترة والموافقة.

  • أداء أي مهام إضافية تُكلف بها.

المؤهلات والخبرة:

  • التعليم: دبلوم عالي وطني.

  • الخبرة: 1–2 سنوات في المبيعات أو خدمة العملاء أو الخدمات الترويجية.

  • المهارات:

    • القدرة على إدارة إقلاع الرحلات بكفاءة وضمان مواعيد الانطلاق والوصول.

    • الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لجدول الرحلات وتصاريح الخدمة وأوامر العمل.

    • التخطيط وإدارة حركة الطائرات اليومية.

    • معرفة بلوائح وقوانين الطيران.

    • التنسيق الفعال مع الفرق الداخلية والجهات الخارجية.

    • إجادة العربية والإنجليزية.

    • التواصل المهني مع العملاء المهمين (VVIP).

    • القدرة على التعامل مع أشخاص من جنسيات مختلفة.

    • القدرة على حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرار باستخدام المنطق.
