🔹 Details
We are looking for a skilled and analytical Business Analyst to manage ERP requirement gathering, process documentation, and vendor coordination. You will act as the key link between users and technical teams, ensuring all system requirements are met, tested, and optimized for performance.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Review and document internal business processes across all HHG divisions.

  • Conduct gap and variation analysis between existing and ERP processes.

  • Recommend process improvements to reduce customization while maintaining efficiency.

  • Represent HHG during ERP implementation and act as the owner of business processes.

  • Manage and execute change management procedures.

  • Participate in Change Control Board meetings and evaluate system change requests.

  • Create and manage Business Requirement Documents for ERP changes.

  • Coordinate and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure post-go-live accuracy.

🔹 Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading user requirement and discovery sessions.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with a proactive and result-driven mindset.

  • Experience in documenting business processes (production, procurement, sales, inventory, maintenance, etc.).

  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or EPICOR (EPICOR Kinetic Cloud preferred).

  • Understanding of manufacturing methods: Make-to-Stock, Make-to-Order, and Engineer-to-Order.

نبحث عن محلل أعمال متمكن يتمتع بمهارات تحليلية عالية، لتولي مهام جمع المتطلبات وتوثيق العمليات والتنسيق مع مزود النظام. سيكون مسؤولاً عن ضمان تنفيذ المتطلبات بدقة واختبارها لضمان الأداء الأمثل للنظام.

🔹 المهام الوظيفية

  • مراجعة وتوثيق العمليات التشغيلية في جميع أقسام المجموعة.

  • إجراء تحليل للفجوات والاختلافات بين العمليات الحالية وتلك في نظام ERP.

  • تقديم التوصيات لتحسين وتوحيد العمليات وتقليل التخصيصات.

  • تمثيل المجموعة في مراحل تنفيذ النظام وإدارة عملية التغيير.

  • إعداد وإدارة مستندات متطلبات الأعمال (BRD).

  • المشاركة في اجتماعات إدارة التغيير وتقييم الطلبات.

  • تنسيق اختبارات قبول المستخدمين (UAT) وضمان دقة التنفيذ بعد الإطلاق.

🔹 المؤهلات والمتطلبات

  • خبرة مثبتة في جمع وتحليل المتطلبات من المستخدمين وأصحاب المصلحة.

  • مهارات تحليل وتفكير نقدي قوية.

  • مهارات تواصل وتدريب متميزة.

  • خبرة في توثيق عمليات الإنتاج والمشتريات والمبيعات والمخزون والصيانة.

  • معرفة بأنظمة ERP مثل Oracle أو SAP أو EPICOR (ويُفضل EPICOR Kinetic Cloud).

  • إلمام بطرق التصنيع المختلفة: الإنتاج حسب الطلب، الإنتاج للتخزين، والهندسة حسب الطلب.
